Hello AWG FAMILY!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I hope you all are doing well and are enjoying\u00a0this time of year and are staying hydrated with your Rtic\u00a0mug! We have had some caregivers send pictures with them using their mugs or text about them. We are using\u00a0some of those ( who of course gave permission) on our Facebook page. It has been fun to see!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I wanted to talk about the small and simple things that go a long way in caregiving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here are a few examples that our clients or their families have mentioned to Wendy or I so far this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LeeAnne making her deviled eggs because it was a client’s favorite has turned into a beautiful relationship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jennifer P ‘s gentle yet practical care for a respite client was so impressive that she referred us to a new client that we now care for as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gretchen is so dedicated to one of her clients that when she had a change in her schedule she decided to  still make time to be with him and he and his wife are thrilled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jennifer A has been with her client for so long that the client has so much trust and feels like all her needs are met and sometimes doesn’t even have to tell Jennifer as Jennifer just knows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cinda has the flexibility and willingness to add a shift or change a day without blinking twice to care for one of her clients who really feels a sense of security when she is there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cori has built such a rapport with a client that the client feels as if they are as close as best friends can be (within, of course, the boundaries of professionalism.) <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I could go on and on. The feedback that we get when talking with families and the clients is ALWAYS the best!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our clients and those around them\u00a0LOVE<\/strong>\u00a0AGE WITH GRACE because of you! You all are out there serving and caring for others and people notice.
