Sometimes we are sad and sometimes we worry about them in their\u00a0new situation.\u00a0 I also find myself being very grateful for our time with each of them to help them age with a little more grace than they could have without us.\u00a0 Together we make a big impact for good on each of the people we care for and I am grateful for the opportunity to do it and for each of you that are exceptional caregivers and the support team for them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As we say goodbye, we also say hello to new clients and new shifts and we start all over again helping another person age with a little more grace than they could have without us.&nbsp; What a blessing to be a part of their life at a changing and challenging time for them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As we move forward to the next, Let&#8217;s continue to leave them a little better than we found them and be grateful for the&nbsp;time we have!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let&#8217;s focus on the things we are grateful for!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hi AWG Team!
